3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Product photos

  • Packaging photos

We’ll resolve it immediately through a replacement or refund.


5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected by our quality team.

Refunds may be issued in the form of:

  • Original payment mode

  • Store credit (faster option)

Processing time:

  • 3–5 working days for store credit

  • 5–10 working days for bank/card refunds (varies by bank)


6. Return Shipping

  • For defective/wrong items — Return shipping is 100% free

  • For regular returns — Shipping charges may apply based on your location
